Fully Managed Church Websites & Native Apps

The Ultimate Plan

From 199/m

Stop maintaining a website.
Start pastoring people.

The Ultimate Plan hands your entire church website design, content, strategy, and every future update to a dedicated team who treats it like their job, because it is. You send the request. We handle everything after it.

Someone on your team is already paying for this.
Just not in dollars.

The midweek struggle

A volunteer or staff member learning a website builder instead of preparing for Sunday, because "someone has to update the events page."

The stale site

Sermon archives that stop updating, an events page from two ministries ago, a giving link nobody's checked in a year — because upkeep loses to everything more urgent.

The turnover

The one person who understood the site moves on, and the next hire inherits a black box with no manual.

Not a support ticket.
A team that knows your church.

Every Ultimate Plan church is matched with three specialists who stay familiar with your ministry, not a rotating queue of strangers reading your last email.

Web Designer
Web Designer

Handles every new page, redesign, and seasonal campaign. Easter, Christmas, a new sermon series, without you touching a page builder.

Content Manager
Content Manager

Uploads sermons, updates events, refreshes staff bios and ministry pages so your site never quietly goes stale.

Web Strategist
Web Strategist

Reviews how people actually move through your site and where they drop off, then recommends what to fix next.

If it's a website or app task,
It's already covered.

FAQ's

What types of requests can I submit?

Anything! Whether you need the weekly sermon uploaded, a new web page built, information changed on an existing page, or have a general question about your website, our team can and will handle it all.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?

No. You can submit requests weekly, monthly, or at whatever frequency you need.

How do I submit my requests?

We’ll provide you a link to our Ultimate Request Form where you can submit any and all of your requests.

What do you mean by “Dedicated Team”?

At The Church Co, we have a team of people who are dedicated to fielding all requests, inquiries, and support tickets for our Ultimate customers. Their primary job is to take make sure your website looks great and you feel taken cared of.

Will I have my own designated Account Manager?

No, but the reason for that is because we’re able to handle requests more efficiently without assigning account managers. Rather than one “account manager” being bogged down with a dozen requests, our team is able to tackle requests based on whoever is available next.

Will my monthly rate change?

No. Whatever price you sign on at will remain your monthly rate for as long as you’re with us. Even if our rates ever do go up, your rate remains the same.

How does billing work?

Your first month will be billed on the day you sign up. After that, your monthly payment will recur on the same day of the month. For instance, if you sign up on the 1st of the month, your card will be charged on the 1st of the month thereafter.

Do you provide phone support or assistance?

Not at this time. Our team works primarily through email and chat via [email protected]. But if there’s ever an issue that needs to be resolved via phone, we can coordinate and facilitate that process.

Your website shouldn't be one more thing on your plate.
